The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

You may permanently delete your Sleep Coach Guide account at any time.
Open the Sleep Coach Guide app.
Sign in to your account.
Navigate to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm that you wish to permanently delete your account.
Once your request is confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
