Welcome to Baby Sleep Training Guide (“the App”).

Baby Sleep Training Guide is designed for parents and caregivers and does not require users to create an in-app account or sign in.

Subscription and Purchase Information

The App offers optional Premium content through Google Play.

Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your:

• Credit or debit card number

• Bank account details

• Payment card security codes

• Other payment credentials

To provide and manage Premium access, subscription and purchase information is processed through RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider.

This may include:

• Whether a subscription or purchase is active

• Subscription or purchase history

• Google Play purchase tokens

• Subscription start, renewal and expiry information

• Limited technical information associated with the device and transaction

This information is used to verify purchases, provide Premium access, restore purchases and manage subscription entitlements.

Technical Information

The App and the third-party services used to operate it may automatically process limited technical information necessary to provide, maintain and secure the service.

Depending on the services enabled, this may include:

• Device type

• Operating system

• App version

• Technical identifiers generated by service providers

• Information required to communicate securely with Google Play, Firebase and RevenueCat

We do not use this information to create advertising profiles.

Information You Provide Directly

The App does not require users to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number or other personal profile information in order to use the App or purchase Premium access.

If you contact us directly by email for support or a privacy enquiry, we will receive the information you choose to include in that communication.

3. How We Use Information

Information processed through the App is used to:

• Provide and operate the App

• Verify purchases and subscriptions

• Unlock and maintain Premium access

• Restore previous purchases

• Maintain the reliability and security of the App

• Diagnose technical problems

• Prevent fraud or misuse

• Respond to support or privacy requests

• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell users’ personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

Baby Sleep Training Guide uses third-party service providers to operate certain parts of the App.

Google Play Billing

Google Play processes purchases and payment information.

Payment credentials are provided directly to Google and are not received or stored by Baby Sleep Training Guide.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat is used to manage subscriptions, purchase verification and Premium entitlements.

RevenueCat may process purchase history, transaction information, Google Play purchase tokens and limited technical device information in order to provide these services.

Google Firebase

The App uses Google Firebase services, including Firestore and Firebase Storage, to provide and deliver app content and associated assets.

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

5. App Content

Baby Sleep Training Guide contains educational information relating to baby and child sleep.

The App is intended for parents and caregivers. It is not intended for children to use independently.

The App does not require parents to create an account or submit information about their child in order to access the content currently offered.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use established third-party infrastructure, including Google Firebase and RevenueCat, to operate the App.

Information transmitted between the App and these services is protected using encrypted connections.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

Subscription and transaction information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide Premium access

• Verify and restore purchases

• Maintain transaction records

• Prevent fraud

• Meet legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations

Information processed by Google Play, RevenueCat and Firebase may also be retained according to those providers’ applicable retention policies.

If you contact us directly, we retain your correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your request and meet applicable legal obligations.

8. Data Deletion Requests

Baby Sleep Training Guide does not currently provide or require an in-app user account.

Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to identify and delete the relevant information, subject to information we are required to retain for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention or transaction-record purposes.

Subscription information held by Google Play may also be subject to Google’s own retention and account-management practices.

9. Children’s Privacy

Baby Sleep Training Guide is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children.

The App is not intended to be used independently by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected inadvertently, we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may give you rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

Baby Sleep Training Guide provides general educational information relating to baby and child sleep.

The App does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
